Jeff Arnal will come from New York to Berlin Kreuzberg especially for our RELEASE CONCERT in beautiful Kultursalon Roderich.

New this year: Music Cinema. Before, between and after the live performances, short films and video clips will be shown in which contemporary music plays a basic role! The program includes four films with and about music by Dietrich Eichmann:

  • Echo3 – Concerto for Sculptures (2011), a film documentation of the world première of Eichmann’s composition for four percussionists performing on stainless steel sculptures by Klaus Gündchen at ZKM Karlsruhe on January 6, 2011. Performers: Michael Fischer, Markus Hauke, Holger Mertin and Nils Tannert, conducted by the composer.
  • The Analoguists in Berlin Main Station (2010), a video clip by Curt Nolte made from footage shot during the concert of The Analoguists (Dietrich Eichmann – Fender Rhodes, John Hughes – bass, Thomas Rehnert – analogue synthesizer & drums) at the 2010 festival.
